How to break your sugar addiction

We used to think that fat made us fat, well that is completely “wrong”. So if fat isn’t making us fat, then what is? The answer is sugar is making us fat which leads to other health problems like diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease and even increases our risk of cancer. It is also important to note that sugar is “more” additive than cocaine. Yes, you read that correctly and how scary is that? Its important we reduce or eliminate our “addiction” to sugar.
